Pyn Elite Fund becomes CMC Group’s big shareholder

HÀ NỘI — The Finland-based Pyn Elite Fund has announced it will buy  六 一, 七 五0 shares of CMC Group (CMG) to bring its ownership at the group to  五.0 八 per cent (equivalent to  五.0 八 million shares), according to the Hồ Chí Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE).

According to the group’s financial report in April to June  二0 二0, its net income rose by  五 per cent from the same period last year to VNĐ 一.0 五 trillion while its after-tax profit was double to VNĐ 四 三 billion.

CMC said the high growth was contributed by solution and technology business ( 六 七 per cent year-on-year increase of profit). Its global business started to report profit with a hike of  一 二 六 per cent from the same period last year.
